Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 5 Midwife to join Harrogate Maternity Unit.
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to contribute and develop the delivery of high quality, evidence-based midwifery. We have a thorough and supportive Preceptorship Programme for Newly Qualified Midwives which includes a rotation through the whole service including Community Midwifery.
The maternity department is responsible for providing all care to pregnant women and support for their families throughout the pregnancy and birth continuum. The department includes hospital and community based midwifery services.
Maternity Services provide care to pregnant women from the Harrogate and surrounding area including women out of area who choose to birth at Harrogate.
