The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
To provide efficient and effective confidential administrative support to the 0-19 (25) Growing Healthy Team / Safeguarding Team.
Working in conjunction with colleagues, service users, and internal and external stakeholders, the post holder will work under indirect supervision and will directly contribute to the efficient running of the service.
This post is based within the Wakefield 0-19 Service. Once fully competent in the role, there would also be opportunities for some agile working from home.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the 0-19 (25) Growing Healthy Teams / Safeguarding Team.
- Typing reports, letters, and emails as required.
- Photocopying, scanning, and filing letters and documents.
- Accessing health records (Summary Care & SystmOne) to compile demographic information to support the team.
- Ensuring incoming information is scanned/recorded on clinical records and significant events are documented.
- Managing complex filing systems for child protection information.
- Making appointments and updating electronic diaries and ledgers.
- Using initiative based on knowledge and experience when dealing with enquiries.
- Inputting sensitive information and retrieving data on Trust IT systems in accordance with Trust policy.
