You will be someone with strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills, capable of managing your time and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in recruitment or another customer-facing role is beneficial, but your commitment to creating an exceptional experience for every candidate is what matters most.
- Have strong attention to detail and take pride in maintaining high standards in your work.
- Be a supportive and collaborative team player.
- Be a clear and friendly communicator.
- Have a proactive approach and take initiative to keep tasks moving forward while managing multiple priorities effectively.
