In this role you'll be supporting the Events team in all aspects of planning and execution—from admin coordination to onsite delivery—ensuring every detail runs smoothly. This role offers the chance to work across a variety of high‐profile events, often at pace and with quick turnarounds.
We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail‐oriented Events Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity if you have a passion for events, organisation, and luxury experiences as you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional moments. Responsibilities
- Assisting with day‐to‐day coordination and planning of events, including updating calendars, managing team meetings, and supporting financial and Health & Safety tasks.
- Providing onsite support during event delivery alongside Events Executives and Managers.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution and guest experience.
- Conducting industry research, maintaining accurate records, and preparing weekly meeting agendas and timelines.
- Supporting Harrods Banqueting services by managing catering logistics, Food & Beverage orders through SAP, and coordinating stock and event orders.
Working Arrangements
Depending on your role, you may be fully on‐site or have a mix of on‐site and home working – this is what we refer to as "Hybrid". Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on‐site, depending on business needs. This role requires full flexibility to the nature of supporting early morning, evening and occasional weekend work.

- The ability to use your initiative and a proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks and support the wider team.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
