Our Resale & Product Recovery team are now looking for an Inventory Associate to join us. This is an exciting opportunity to support the journey of products through our Supply Chain Distribution operation, helping to maximise value, reduce waste, and maintain exceptional standards across our inventory processing.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for handling returned, damaged and excess stock, preparing items for third-party resale with accuracy, care and integrity. You’ll play a key part in the smooth daily operation of our Thatcham Distribution Centre, ensuring every product is verified, processed and repackaged to the highest standards. Reporting to the Assistant Manager (Resale & Product Recovery), you will work closely with internal operational teams to maintain systematic accuracy, uphold stock quality, and support efficient workflow across the department.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Receive, assess and process returned, damaged and excess items for resale.
  • Maintain accurate system updates paired with precise physical stock handling.
  • Label, prepare and repackage products to maximise recovery value.
  • Collaborate across the Distribution Centre to support timely stock processing.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in Product Recovery and sustainability-led initiatives.

About You

You will be an organised, proactive and detail focused individual with a genuine interest in Supply Chain operations, sustainability and the lifecycle of products. You take pride in maintaining accuracy and quality, feel comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment, and bring a positive, flexible approach to each task. You will also bring:

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Good numerical, literacy and communication skills.
  • Confidence using computer systems and a willingness to learn new platforms.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours in line with operational needs.

Desirable experience:

  • Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory management systems.
  • Previous experience within supply chain, logistics or warehouse environments.
