Harrods’ Talent team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to lead and optimise all aspects of recruitment operations. This role is vital in embedding operational excellence throughout the end-to-end hiring process—ensuring recruitment is scalable, compliant, efficient, and aligned with our business objectives.

As Talent Acquisition Operations Manager at Harrods, you’ll lead the optimisation of recruitment workflows and systems, including Workday, to ensure efficient, scalable, and compliant hiring for both permanent and contingent roles. You’ll drive data-led insights to improve key recruitment metrics, manage supplier relationships, oversee contractor compliance (including IR35), and lead cross-functional projects that enhance operational excellence across the Talent Acquisition function. You will also champion the candidate experience by standardising and continuously improving processes, while leading and developing the recruitment operations and Talent Experience teams. This role requires a strong focus on streamlining operations, ensuring legal compliance, and delivering actionable insights that align recruitment with business goals.

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

You’re a detail-oriented and proactive recruitment operations professional with a proven track record of streamlining hiring processes and driving operational excellence. You have strong experience managing recruitment systems (like Workday) and using data insights to improve recruitment performance and compliance. You’re confident leading cross-functional projects, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with contingent workforce regulations, including IR35. Above all, you’re passionate about creating a seamless, candidate-first recruitment experience and developing teams to deliver consistently high standards across all touchpoints.

At Harrods we believe the personality and authenticity of our people sets us apart. We celebrate and invite applications from all cultures, backgrounds, tastes, and experiences and are proud of our culture where people from all walks of life can grow and thrive.
