You will coach the sales team to deliver exceptional service and proactive sales through both on-site and virtual experiences, while building strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
You will interpret data and insights to identify trends and opportunities, and make commercial decisions to maximise trade while elevating the client experience and loyalty to Harrods.
