Senior Insights Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Insights Analyst to join our Digital team at Harrods. In this role, you will use creativity and initiative to help internal clients explore new ways of engaging with our customers and identify opportunities that will lead to change in how stakeholders use data.

About The Role

As the Senior Insights Analyst, you will support senior management in performing exploratory customer analysis, finding and recommending opportunities, and scoping requirements with other internal teams to drive projects forward. You will take ownership of creating, maintaining, and managing complex customer segments, predictive modeling, rules-based modeling, and automation to support stakeholders.

This role involves defining KPIs, working with business and IT stakeholders to ensure data integrity and availability, and prioritizing development work as needed.

About You

The successful candidate will have experience guiding other analysts, maintaining analytical integrity when discussing results with senior leadership and peers, and a functional knowledge of Python, SQL, and data architecture/access for business teams. Extensive experience in targeted and personalized Loyalty and/or CRM activities, along with working knowledge of operations within those functions and IT, is required.

We seek someone who encourages analytical thinking across teams and can communicate insights effectively, translating complex analysis into understandable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
