Our Safe Deposit team is looking for a Safe Deposits Team Leader to be a part of their one of a kind department here at Harrods. This role will support our Safe Deposits Manager in running daily operations and leading a team of Safe Deposit Associates.

This role is a 12 months fixed term contract beginning in August 2025. This role will be based in our store in Knightsbridge, 5 days/week on-site.

About The Role

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the safe deposit associates in their daily functioning. You will lead team briefings along with planning and allocating tasks for the associates. You will be expected to deliver constructive feedback to team members and support their professional development.

You will also deliver exceptional service to our customers and ensure the have a memorable experience in the department. This role will also contribute to the department’s goals and target achievement.

About You

You will have prior experience in a team lead role, preferably in a banking environment. You will be passionate about customer service and delivering memorable experiences, along with leading a team.

You’ll also have:

  • Have a strong knowledge of GDPR and AML regulations
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Have strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Have strong IT skills (MS Office and Outlook)
  • Be able to efficiently manage your time and workload
  • Be flexible and willing to adapt
