This is a unique opportunity to join our brand-new, state-of-the-art Service Centre and be a key player in shaping its success. As a skilled Watch Polisher you'll work with precision and passion to ensure every timepiece that passes your bench is restored to Rolex’s unparalleled standards of quality, while adhering to lead time and cost targets. You will produce work of the highest quality, bringing every client's treasured timepiece back to life.
About the Role
As a Rolex Polisher within our Service Centre you will ensure that all repairs are carried out and ensure that you are contributing to productivity according to Rolex quality, lead time, and cost. You will maintain high maintenance of all machinery, tooling and mops, and adhere to the required health and safety guidelines when operating machinery. Within the role you will refurbish and refinish stainless steel and precious metal watches and bracelets in agreed SLA timeframes, ensuring the customers' requirements are met from the job card.
- Ensure all work passed to Quality Control conforms to the agreed Rolex Standards of quality
- Keep up to date with new products & training
- Support training of colleagues and the development of the department and processes
- Dismantle watches and re-casing when polished
- Ensure you and the workshop team meet the agreed weekly production levels according to the company Standard-Times of Operation
This role is fully on site, working 5 out of the 7 days a week.
About You
We are seeking a self-motivated, well-organised and collaborative Rolex Polisher with Rolex Level 30 Accreditation. You will have bench experience and exposure to working within a similar industry or with similar sized components, and experience refinishing watches. Previous experience with Rolex is desirable.
