Working closely with the Managing Editor and cross-functional teams, you will help manage workflows, coordinate resources, and keep projects moving smoothly from briefing through to final delivery. This role is integral to maintaining consistency, meeting deadlines, and ensuring all outputs align with brand standards and business objectives.

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.
You will be highly organised, proactive and confident working across multiple projects at once in a dynamic environment. You will also enjoy working closely with others and contributing to the success of creative teams through dependable coordination and process management.
You will ideally have:
- Demonstrated experience coordinating projects, workflows or production schedules
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project tracking tools
- Excellent organisational, communication and prioritisation skills
