We are currently recruiting for a Product Compliance Manager to play a key role in driving responsible, ethical, and sustainable practices across our global supply chain.
In this pivotal position, you will lead the development and execution of our ethical, social, and environmental compliance strategy, ensuring our operations and supplier network meet the highest standards of responsibility. Acting as both a strategic partner and a hands‑on operator, you will champion compliance, transparency, and continuous improvement throughout the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing supplier compliance with global labour, human rights, and ethical sourcing standards, including the management of third‑party audits.
- Leading environmental management initiatives aligned to ISO frameworks, driving reductions in carbon, waste, and resource consumption.
- Developing and maintaining policies covering CSR, ethical trade, and ESG commitments, ensuring alignment with international reporting frameworks.
- Representing the business in sustainability discussions with clients, audit bodies, and industry groups to promote responsible practices.
- Collaborating cross‑functionally to embed ethical, social, and environmental responsibility across product development, procurement, and operations.
Depending on your role, you may be fully on‑site or have a mix of on‑site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on‑site, depending on business needs.
About You
You will bring strong expertise in CSR, ethical trade, or sustainability, with the ability to balance high‑level strategy and practical compliance execution. You excel at influencing diverse stakeholders, interpreting complex regulations, and turning them into clear, actionable frameworks. You will have a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the confidence to represent the business in external audits and client sustainability reviews. Your passion for responsible business practices will be matched by strong analytical skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
You will also have:
- Proven experience [minimum of 7+ years] in CSR, sustainability management, ESG, compliance auditing, or ethical trade.
- A relevant degree such as Sustainability, Environmental Science, Supply Chain, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of international compliance standards and ISO environmental management systems.
