Our Personal Shopping team are now looking for a Personal Shopping Coordinator to join them. Supporting a fast-paced and highly client-focused environment, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience by coordinating stock movement and supporting the operational side of the client journey.

In this role, you will work closely with Personal Shoppers and report into the Personal Shopping Manager, supporting the team to deliver exceptional service in every interaction. You’ll be responsible for coordinating stock movement across the store, ensuring products are delivered efficiently and accurately to clients.

You will:

  • Manage stock movement across departments, ensuring efficient delivery to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee stock counts and ensure timely returns to Concession and Own Bought departments
  • Maintain stock accuracy, promptly resolving discrepancies and escalating where needed
  • Coordinate stock between Harrods locations, including dispatch, collection points, and customer areas
  • Process transactions, handle client orders, and prepare items for dispatch
  • Follow all compliance and security procedures, including till operations and stock protocols
  • Work closely with stock control and operational teams to ensure clear communication and accurate tracking
  • Support Personal Shoppers with operational tasks to deliver a seamless client experience

This role is fully on site, working 5 out of 7 days per week.

About You

You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. With strong operational knowledge and a collaborative approach, you’ll be confident supporting multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and service excellence.

You will:

  • Have experience working in a retail or operational support role
  • Demonstrate strong systems and till knowledge, with the ability to process transactions accurately
  • Be confident multitasking, managing competing priorities, calls, and emails
  • Have a strong understanding of stock management and inventory processes
  • Be an excellent communicator, building relationships across multiple teams
  • Take a proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
  • Be comfortable working in a physical role, including handling stock and moving products
