An exciting opportunity to join the Harrods Partnerships team, working at the intersection of luxury brands and innovative marketing campaigns.

As a Partnerships & Marketing Executive, you’ll be a key player in delivering best-in-class marketing campaigns for some of the world’s most iconic brands. This is a 360° role, ideal for someone already at executive level, ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. You’ll collaborate with internal departments and external brand partners to ensure smooth planning and execution of in-store and media campaigns across a wide variety of categories including home, tech, food & drink, and luxury services. The position offers the opportunity for personal growth, working with global brands, and learning how strategic partnerships drive business success at Harrods.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading brand partner conversations and acting as the main point of contact for campaign planning and execution
  • Building and managing media plans, tracking campaign assets, and meeting key deadlines
  • Supporting a range of marketing initiatives for both global and boutique brands across multiple categories
  • Liaising with internal teams (CRM, creative, publishing, buying) to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Developing strong relationships both internally and externally while supporting the Food & Restaurants Manager and third-party partners (banks, hotels, car brands, property developers, private jet companies)

About You

You will be a confident and motivated marketing professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working with both high-profile and emerging brands. You present well, communicate clearly, and are naturally curious about brand strategy and campaign effectiveness. You’ll be someone who enjoys juggling multiple projects, takes ownership of your work, and is driven to grow professionally within a dynamic team. If you speak French, that would be a welcome bonus due to our work with many French brands – but it’s by no means essential.

You will also:

  • Have prior experience working in a brand, retail, or marketing role at executive level
  • Possess strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and a focus on meeting deadlines

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.
