Harrods is seeking a Transaction Services Assistant to join its fast-paced Retail-focused team. The role involves advising Retail Teams via phone, email, and in-person to ensure correct transaction procedures are followed, including deposits, enquiries, refunds, and cost centre transfers.
You will support day-to-day administration, maintain up-to-date trackers, and become an expert in till processes, delivering world-class service to internal stakeholders and external customers on a daily basis.
