Harrods is seeking a Chef de Partie for the Night Production kitchen in Knightsbridge. You will lead a section, organise production, and ensure recipes are followed to the highest standard, on a 9pm–6am night shift schedule.
You will work closely with Sous Chefs and the Production team to build a collaborative, efficient environment while maintaining world-class quality and ensuring food safety and HACCP compliance.
