Harrods is recruiting a Private Shopping Assistant on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract to support our Private Client Managers in delivering exceptional service to our most loyal clients.
You will arrange appointments, manage room bookings, and act as a runner for size swaps and alternatives while spotting additional needs. You will develop relationships, handle online requests, and coordinate dispatch arrangements with in-store specialists to exceed client expectations.
