Harrods is seeking a Private Shopping Assistant for a 6 month fixed-term contract in Knightsbridge. You will support Private Client Managers, arrange appointments, manage room bookings, act as runner for size swaps, and help anticipate client needs with a high level of personalised service.
You will develop client relationships, handle online requests, and look for opportunities to surprise and delight clients while maintaining Harrods’ luxury service standards.
