As a Brand Specialist for Nothing, you'll play a key role on the shop floor, delivering a world‑class, personalized service and acting as a trusted product expert for our customers. You'll build meaningful client relationships, contribute to strong sales performance, and ensure products are consistently presented to the highest standards. Alongside day‑to‑day sales and clientelling, you'll continue to develop your product knowledge through training and hands‑on experience, sharing insight confidently with both customers and colleagues. You'll also support commercial performance through sales analysis and trade reporting, using data and insight to enhance results and the overall customer journey. You are a customer‑centric sales professional with experience in luxury or premium retail, motivated by delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships.
