We're seeking a strategic and dataâdriven Product Owner to join our established Product team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of a worldârenowned business and will be an ideal role for someone with existing handsâon experience who is ready to deepen their Product Management craft and drive significant impact across multiple Product areas or value streams.
In this role you'll take ownership of at least two Product areas, manage a backlog for a crossâfunctional team of 3+ engineers, and work closely with stakeholders to prioritise work that moves the dial on agreed KPIs. You'll be a key contributor to planning, research, and execution across a wide range of Product initiatives, and you'll use your Product knowledge to drive continuous improvement of Product processes, identifying and making adaptations where needed, to optimise efficiency.
Sitting within the IT division, the Product team works crossâfunctionally to optimise and evolve a range of Products that improve customer experience and business activity. We follow agile principles and methodologies to run a programme of continuous improvement and focus on maximising Product value.
The ideal candidate will use their experience and expertise to shape a roadmap of compelling, highly commercial changes. Acting as a proxy for the Product's users, and balancing their needs and expectations with the goals of business stakeholders.
As part of this role you'll directly contribute to the overall Harrods Business Strategy by delivering initiatives that support or enable it. You'll lead on creating a clear and memorable Product vision, underpinned by Product goals, and you'll establish effective forums and processes to gain and maintain buyâin from key business stakeholders.
You'll create and maintain a wellâgroomed backlog and prioritise delivery to meet your goals and vision, and realise incremental value for the business and our customers. IT is a fastâpaced and demanding environment; you'll demonstrate the determination and ability to work at pace, and remain resilient and committed to delivering at the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Senior Product Owner and Senior Product Manager to define the Product vision and goals for the Products you're responsible for and develop clear quarterly roadmaps and highâlevel opportunity plans
- Communicate progress and priorities effectively to a wide range of audiences
- Achieve stakeholder buyâin through structured, dataâbacked communication, transparency, and collaborative working
- Adapt communication style and medium for different stakeholders
User & Market Insight
- Conduct competitor analysis to inform feature design and prioritisation
- Combine qualitative and quantitative insight to uncover user needs and product opportunities
- Speak regularly with users, generating and summarising insights
- Define and optimise user flows, funnels, and critical paths
- Build basic impact models such as benefit calculators with limited support
Analytical Thinking
- Track and interpret key product metrics that tie directly to business outcomes
- Design A/B and other quantitative test proposals with minimal support
- Evaluate the impact of releases through data analysis and user feedback
- Use insights to continually refine backlog and product priorities
- Work with analytical teams to make dataâdriven decisions and estimate the value of proposed changes
Execution & Delivery
- Define and prioritise features that align with KPIs and drive measurable outcomes
- Deliver changes with clear scope, timelines, and quality expectations
- Identify & address delivery risks & blockers with effective mitigations, or escalated when needed
- Run, and where needed evolve agile team events (standâups, retros, planning, etc.) through regular inspection and adaptation
- Work collaboratively with developers, testers and other relevant teams to ensure smooth, impactful releases
- Follow up on releases to quantify value delivered
- Create and maintain a structured, wellâgroomed backlog of changes with clearly defined user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate crossâfunctionally to find appropriate solutions for the highest priority enhancements
Stakeholder & People Management
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, navigating sensitive discussions with respect, support and confidence, and work collaboratively to identify, prioritise and deliver iterative Product improvements
- Present comfortably in large forums (e.g., All Hands, Product Reviews, Townhalls)
- Contribute to a team culture that encourages diverse perspectives and lean ways of working
- Work closely with tech leads, platform managers, test leads and scrum masters to drive aligned execution
- Provide feedback and mentorship to Associate Product Owners
- Participate in the hiring process, reliably identifying strong candidates
- Demonstrate interest in people management and development

- Experience in a scaled agile environment (SAFe, LeSS, etc.)
- Strong data fluency (Excel, SQL, GA) or proficiency with experience analytics tools like ContentSquare
