We are looking for a Product Catalogue Creation Administrator to join our IT team here at Harrods. You will be responsible for actioning product creation requests from stakeholders, submitted through our ticketing platform Freshservice, in line with the highest data quality and accuracy standards. This role is 12 months – Maternity Cover.
About The Role
The Product Catalogue Creation Administrator will review, transform and enrich data provided by the business in line with our data attribute rules, using business tools and Excel, ready to process in SAP. Data relates to specific product attributes such as descriptions, sizing, colour, barcodes etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide feedback on workflows and share improvement opportunities to ensure best practice processes, efficient operations and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Participate and contribute to regular team and stakeholder meetings, providing updates and sharing insights on allocated categories.
- Ensure SLA and productivity targets are met, and requests are responded to in a timely manner.
- Support the business teams by helping them understand the importance of product data management and how data quality impacts their operations, commercial plans and the customer experience.
About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in data entry and data management experience. We are looking for someone who has exceptional attention to detail as well being at intermediate level in Microsoft Excel experience.
