We are looking for a HR Services Manager to join our HR team at Harrods. You will be responsible for delivering a high quality, accurate and consistent service to the business, centred on a Customer First strategy and measured against a balanced scorecard.
Responsibilities
- Act as a senior manager in the HR Operations team and lead projects related to HR systems, processes and overall operational activity across all areas of the HR function.
- Develop strong relationships with peers in HR and business stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner in all HR processes.
- Ensure leaders across the business are fully supported by the HR services team on both reactive and proactive bases.
- Own the Customer First HR Service strategy, including customer segmentation strategy.
- Own the HR Services balanced scorecard, ensuring it accurately reflects team delivery and service.
- Build a plan so all leaders in the business are proficient in day‑to‑day HR and Workday processes.
- Lead on the development and configuration of Workday on behalf of the business and the HR services team to build a robust HR tool and effective ecosystem within the HR systems roadmap.
- Lead large projects across the HR operations teams as required.
- Act as a role model for high‑quality service, consistently setting the standard for exceptional standards.
Qualifications
- Experience running an HR Shared Services team or HR Advisory Team, with the ability to motivate and influence.
- Experience in end‑to‑end HR processes and HR policies with working knowledge of employment law.
- Experience working with an HR system to improve service delivery and experience.
- Ability to lead your own team and collaborate and lead senior members.
- Understanding of SLAs, KPIs and Balanced Scorecards that accurately reflect service and delivery.

- Be able to effectively plan and organise, managing a high volume of work accurately and to deadline.
- Develop good collaborative relationships with HR and key business stakeholders.
- Challenge the status quo and demonstrate the ability to make change happen.
