As Head of Ecommerce Marketing (12‑month maternity cover), you will own the performance marketing strategy across SEO, paid search, paid social, and affiliates. This role combines strategic leadership, technical expertise, and commercial acumen to deliver profitable online growth. You’ll manage a £10m budget, lead a team of 10 specialists, and champion AI‑driven innovation to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Include:- Develop and execute a future‑ready ecommerce marketing strategy leveraging AI, automation, and multi‑platform search.
- Lead and optimise a £10m performance marketing budget, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Oversee the migration of the affiliate network from Rakuten to Partnerize, ensuring continuity and compliance.
- Drive innovation through AI‑led bidding, predictive modelling, and creative automation with a robust test‑and‑learn roadmap.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to align campaigns with brand moments and enhance omnichannel measurement and data utilisation.
You are a strategic leader with deep expertise in SEO, paid search, affiliates, and paid social. You thrive in fast‑paced, digitally‑driven environments and have a proven track record of managing multi‑million‑pound budgets to deliver profitable growth.
