We are now looking for a peopleâfocused and experienced Retail Manager to join our oneâofâaâkind Food Halls Division here at Harrods. Responsible for a team that sells luxury products across a range of customer bases, our Managers drive exceptional performance whilst developing key stakeholder relationships.
Our retail offering is evolving as we grow our omnichannel approach, and we are looking for someone to join our leadership team who is agile and flexible, curious and bold enough to try new things.
About the RoleBeing the frontâline face of the leadership team, our Department Managers are skilled at building highâperforming teams and delivering effective performance coaching across both faceâtoâface and virtual channels. This is achieved through high levels of presence on the floor and a natural ability to inspire and engage sales colleagues through storyâtelling and a culture of continuous feedback.

Each Department Manager is supported by a Team Manager, who drives shopfloor standards and team performance.
About YouYou will have an exceptional track record in building, leading and supporting teams to achieve success. You're a relationshipâled leader and have proven performance coaching ability, ideally in a fastâpaced retail or hospitality environment. You lead from the front, being present and roleâmodeling what great looks like â an obsession with delivering both exceptional customer service and ensuring we are compliant with Food Safety regulations.
