About the role
As an Executive Talent Partner at Harrods, youâll lead strategic executive recruitment, partnering with senior leaders and HR teams to attract and secure top-tier leadership talent. Youâll define what âbest-in-classâ looks like, ensuring every hire drives transformation and aligns with Harrodsâ values. This role combines strategic influence, market insight, and hands-on leadership to deliver an outstanding executive hiring experience.
- Lead executive hiring strategy: Define and implement a long-term recruitment approach aligned with business goals and succession planning.
- Build trusted partnerships: Collaborate with Executive Leaders, HRBPs, and Talent Development to understand leadership needs and influence decisions.
- Champion candidate quality: Ensure every shortlist reflects strategic fit, leadership capability, and diversity of thought.
- Manage and mentor: Develop a Talent Sourcer, fostering capability in executive search and high-performance culture.

To succeed in this role you will need:
- Proven experience in executive recruitment, ideally within a complex, high-profile organisation.

- A track record of building talent pipelines and delivering high-quality executive hires.
- Leadership capability to manage and develop team members effectively.
