We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Partnerships Assistant to join our Corporate Partnerships team here at Harrods. You will be working with the Corporate Partnerships team to assist in the execution of the Corporate Partnerships strategy to drive incremental revenue and acquire high spending customers for Harrods.

About the Role

This role focuses on supporting the delivery of corporate partnership campaigns through reporting, administration, and coordination activities. Responsibilities include:

  • Using internal platforms and systems to monitor campaign performance
  • Preparing briefing materials
  • Maintaining partner pages
  • Ensuring accurate records are kept across databases, trackers, and customer-facing presentations
  • Supporting project delivery by completing tasks accurately and within agreed timelines
  • Contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the team
  • Providing administrative support through calendar management, meeting coordination, and the preparation of presentations and partnership materials for key stakeholders
  • Analysing campaign results and producing partner insight reports
  • Conducting competitor research and monitoring industry developments to share with the wider team
  • Identifying customer and partner feedback, highlighting any issues, and sharing learnings from campaign activity to support continuous improvement and stronger partnership performance

About You

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in luxury retail, partnerships, and marketing, combined with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You will be highly organised, capable of managing your workload, meeting deadlines, and delivering work to a high standard. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you will regularly collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
