Overview
Our HR Services team are looking for an HR Services Advisor to provide expert support across the full employee life cycle to our business.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of HR service, process, and policy queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Employee Relations specialists to complement their work with advisory and administrative expertise.
- Act as a Workday super user, supporting leaders in executing HR processes and ensuring data accuracy.
- Lead or support projects such as service improvements and new initiatives. Create collaterals and guides that colleagues can use to implement new initiatives.
- Keep up to date with employment legislation and best practices to ensure compliance and proactive risk management.
- Use data insights to update business areas and support in making informed decisions.

About You
You will be a proactive and solutions-focused HR Advisor with prior experience in a similar role. You will be confident in providing expert advice across the employee life cycle with excellent attention to detail and a strong customer-first mindset. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and relationship building are key.
Qualifications
- Have a strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and the employee life cycle.
- Have the ability to coach, upskill, and empower leaders.
- Have experience using an HRIS; fluency with using Workday is preferred.
- Have strong communication skills, with the ability to partner credibly with managers, HRBPs, and ER teams.
- Be able to confidently use data to influence decisions and mitigate risk.
