We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic and versatile individual to join our close-knit wait staff team at The Champagne Bar in H beauty, Newcastle. This is a part time role, offering the chance to deliver a world-class dining experience in a vibrant, luxury environment that redefines both beauty and hospitality.
About the Role
Our Front of House teams set the scene for exceptional experiences and are an invaluable part of our Restaurants family. In this role, you’ll be assisting the Management team in running the restaurant effectively by maintaining high service standards and maximising sales, exceeding customer expectations.
Some of the key responsibilities also include:
- Preparing and serving high-quality beverages
- Assisting with light food preparation and oven use
- Supporting FOH service with a warm, professional approach
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across all work areas
About You
You’ll be a trusted team player who has a strong knowledge and a passion for food and drink. With excellent time management and a strong customer focus, you’ll engage effectively with both internal teams and guests and will also be able to perform duties at the highest standards with minimum supervision. Your exceptional interpersonal skills and keen attention to detail will set you apart in delivering outstanding service. You will also have:
- Previous experience in a café or similar hospitality setting
- Barista skills and confidence using espresso machines
- Comfortable using kitchen equipment such as ovens
- Positive, can-do attitude and team player mentality
- Flexible and able to multitask across different roles
