Whether our clients are popping in for a quick refresh or preparing for a special event, we ensure each visit is warm, seamless, and unforgettable.
About the Role
As Front of House Coordinator, you’ll be the first and lasting impression of Drybar. You’ll lead the client experience from the moment they walk in until they leave glowing. Always ahead of the curve, you’ll stay informed about the latest beauty trends, services, and systems – becoming an expert and trusted advisor for both guests and your team. You’ll be at the heart of our salon operations, supporting the smooth and efficient running of every appointment and every customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients warmly and managing check-in/check-out processes with professionalism.
- Booking appointments accurately using our system (Booker) and overseeing salon diary management.
- Allocating clients to stylists and coordinating the daily salon flow.
- Managing phone and email enquiries with excellent communication and etiquette.
- Promoting Drybar services, treatments, loyalty programs, and retail products.
- Maintaining up-to-date client records and handling all transactions with care.
- Ensuring the front of house and salon areas are clean, welcoming, and fully stocked.
- Supporting the team in delivering an exceptional NPS by collecting and encouraging client feedback.
- Complying with hygiene protocols and sanitising tools and surfaces throughout the day.
- Collaborating with stylists and management to enhance overall client experience.
About You
You’ll be a confident, client-focused individual who thrives in a vibrant, people-centric environment. You love creating order in a busy space and take pride in every guest interaction. We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a similar setting (Salon, Spa, or Health Club).
- Brings strong communication skills and a passion for exceptional service.
- Is highly organised and comfortable managing busy appointment schedules.
- Enjoys working in a team and building positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Has experience using appointment/booking software is a bonus.
- Has a proactive attitude, always thinking ahead and anticipating client needs.
- Takes pride in presentation and ensures every client touchpoint reflects the Drybar and Harrods standard.
