The Wellness Clinic at Harrods unites the world's best remedial, aesthetic and wellbeing specialists all under one roof. From dermatology to beauty acupuncture, full-body cryotherapy to mindfulness, the collection of bespoke services blends technology with ancient healing techniques for a truly holistic and harmonious approach to optimum health and wellbeing.

The Assistant Manager within the Wellness Clinic is responsible for supporting the Operations Manager driving the Front of House team to deliver exceptional sales, service and experience for all customers. They will coach and work with the Front of House team to improve performance and service given to customers through ensuring they have the right tools to deliver in their role effectively.

Support with recruitment, performance management, talent management, and any necessary people issues. You will operate at a senior level in resolving customer issues relating to FOH including handling complex complaints, requests and enquiries.
