This role is embedded in the fashion industry and requires a keen eye for trends, strong organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will support divisional Editors, content teams, and fashion departments across all channels, working with internal teams, external brands, freelance stylists, and PR agencies to bring editorial visions to life. Responsibilities include sourcing products, pulling stock, coordinating photoshoots, and managing digital assets.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing press samples, liaising with PR agencies, and managing product call-ins and returns.
- Coordinating photoshoots, including securing products, organising logistics, and assisting with styling.
- Managing the fashion cupboard, tracking shipments, and maintaining an organised database of key industry contacts.
- Assisting with Fashion Week scheduling, brand relationships, and freelance stylist coordination.
- Staying ahead of industry trends, attending buyer meetings, and supporting creative direction for shoots.

About You / Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a fashion cupboard.
- Background experience in luxury editorial, publishing, or fashion industry with an understanding of PR agencies, brands, and external stylists (ideal).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, ensuring seamless project execution and efficient fashion cupboard management.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with teams, brands, and freelance creatives.
