As an Executive Talent Partner at Harrods, youâll lead strategic executive recruitment, partnering with senior leaders and HR teams to attract and secure top-tier leadership talent. Youâll define what âbest-in-classâ looks like, ensuring every hire drives transformation and aligns with Harrodsâ values. To succeed in this role you will need:
- Proven experience in executive recruitment, ideally within a complex, high-profile organisation.

- A track record of building talent pipelines and delivering high-quality executive hires.

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working â this is what we refer to as âHybridâ. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.
