As a Junior Digital Designer, you will support the day-to-day creation of visually engaging, social-first assets across multiple digital platforms. Working closely with senior designers and the wider creative team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality content that aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives, while developing your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality social media assets for organic and paid campaigns using templates and native in-app tools.
  • Support the development and maintenance of design templates to ensure brand consistency.
  • Assist with the creation of static graphics for wider digital marketing activity.
  • Optimise visual content for multiple digital placements and platforms.
  • Collaborate daily with the creative team to deliver work to a consistently high standard.

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as 'Hybrid'. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, with some experience using Adobe After Effects.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
