The Digital & Customer Department at Harrods runs the Harrods.com website and maximises value from our customer and digital data via our world‑class loyalty scheme, CRM communications, customer insights & analytics, and data science capabilities. The Data Science Graduate Scheme offers up to four rotations over a two‑year period, giving you a rounded view across Data Science, Platform Engineering and Machine Learning roles, with exposure to teams including Customer Analytics, Digital Analytics, and CRM & Loyalty Analytics.
Responsibilities
- Support the Harrods.com website and customer data initiatives.
- Analyze customer and digital data using Python, SQL and machine‑learning tools.
- Collaborate with Customer Analytics, Digital Analytics, CRM & Loyalty Analytics teams on projects.
- Apply data‑driven insights to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
- 2:1 degree or above in Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or Data Science (or related discipline).
- Previous experience using Python and SQL.
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and time‑management skills.
- Willingness and ability to multi‑task and take ownership of projects.
