Overview
The CRM Executive plays a key part within the CRM team and supports both the Retention and CRM Managers with delivering on the Lifecycle and BAU strategies across all channels (Email, SMS, Push and Direct Mail). You will work closely with the Beauty Marketing and Loyalty teams on supporting their promotional initiatives for each of our H Beauty regional stores and our sub-loyalty program.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead on multiple projects including lifecycle strategies and technical automated and service campaigns.
- Present back to leadership and key stakeholders on the performance of our CRM campaigns and the current state of play of our AB testing plan.
- Support and contribute to the development of CRM channel strategies and automated lifecycle trigger communications.
Qualifications
- Previous experience owning or supporting with a strategy for a CRM Channel
- Previous experience developing strategic and execution of automated lifecycle trigger communications
- Be able to multitask in an everchanging fast paced environment
- Good understanding of ESPs and Google Analytics β SAP or similar is desirable
- Understand email best practises and GDPR
