We are recruiting for a Production Lead on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead the successful delivery of our e-commerce image production operation, ensuring high-quality content is produced efficiently, on time, and in line with business priorities.
About the Role
As Production Lead, you will play a key role in overseeing the end-to-end ecommerce image production process within a fast-paced creative studio environment. Leading a talented Production team, you will ensure seamless workflow management across multiple product categories while partnering with stakeholders across Creative, Trade and Buying. With a focus on operational excellence, team development and continuous improvement, you will help drive efficiency, optimise resources and support the delivery of exceptional digital content. Key responsibilities include: Leading, coaching and developing the Production team, creating a collaborative and high-performing culture. Managing end-to-end ecommerce image production, ensuring content is delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. Overseeing studio scheduling, shoot planning and resource allocation to support production requirements and trading deadlines. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact for production activity and updates. Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and support evolving business needs.

About You
You will be an experienced people leader with a passion for delivering operational excellence within a photographic or creative production environment. You will thrive in a fast-paced setting, confidently balancing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and high standards of delivery. You will be a natural relationship-builder who enjoys collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders and influencing positive outcomes. With a proactive and solutions-focused mindset, you will embrace change, drive continuous improvement and help your team achieve success. You'll also be comfortable working with data to support decision-making and identify opportunities for enhanced performance. You will also have: Proven experience leading teams within a high-volume photographic, creative or ecommerce production environment. Strong knowledge of studio scheduling, including model casting and freelance talent management. Advanced organisational skills, alongside confidence using Excel and analysing production data.
