Harrods is seeking a Commis Chef for our Juice Production team in Knightsbridge, to produce fresh juices overnight for the Food Halls. You will prepare ingredients, bottle, label and deliver finished products to meet Harrods’ exacting quality and food safety standards.
Working 9pm–6am, five nights out of seven, you will operate juicers and blenders, follow approved recipes, maintain records and stock rotation, and hand over to the daytime team.
