Harrods is seeking a Chef de Partie for our Night Production kitchen, joining a team dedicated to delivering world-class products for our food halls and deli counters. The role is on-site, 9pm–6am, with 5 shifts out of 7, and a salary of £39,252 plus night shift allowance and tronc.
You will lead a section, uphold standards, and work with the broader kitchen to sustain exceptional quality. You’ll have strong technical kitchen skills, experience coaching junior chefs, and a passion for bakery
