We have an exciting opportunity for our Lead Talent Partner to join our concession's team within the Talent department here at Harrods.
This role will be responsible for shaping and delivering talent acquisition, development and retention strategies that enable our Concession partners to attract, engage and retain exceptional talent, The lead talent partner will lead the pre-hire team and oversee the attraction, assessment and selection of Concession talent, ensuring the highest calibre of candidates are identified and onboarded into Harrods.
You will have overall responsibility for managing agency relationships, assessing agency performance, and ensuring all Concession Partner and Agency colleague assessment and onboarding processes are completed effectively and in line with business requirements.,
- Facilitate seamless induction of new employees, ensuring timely onboarding in accordance with team SLA standards
- Develop effective partnerships with Harrods' Own Bought areas that utilise a concession model
- Provide accurate information and regular reporting to key stakeholders regarding Concession Partnerships processes and activities
- Collaborate with internal HR functions to deliver integrated and effective solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong people management capability with a proven ability to build and lead high- performing teams as well as Knowledge of HR systems and data compliance processes, with Workday experience preferred.
- Significant experience within Retail and/or Hospitality environments.
- Strong understanding of the Concessions business model.
- Excellent attention to detail while maintaining awareness of the wider business impact
