About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for attending to high value cash transactions, as well as conduct the required business processes to finalise customer transactions whilst providing the required customer due diligence. This includes the management and process of payments made to Harrods via bank transfer. This role is a blend of customer facing and office based responsibilities. As a High Value Cash Associate you will support the Harrods Retail teams by providing expert advice, guidance and coaching both over the phone and in-person. Ensure the correct processes and procedures are followed for transactions to be completed successfully. This role is fully on site, working 5 out of the 7 days a week. About You
You will understand that every interaction with a customer and colleagues counts. You shall go above and beyond to show people you care and take an interest in getting to know people and building strong relationships with them.
- Have strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office essential).
- Have good knowledge of Anti Money Laundering legislation (essential).
- Have a strong customer service focus when dealing with both internal and external parties.
- Be excellent in time-management with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Be able to ensure that customer retail experience is at the forefront of decision making.
- Be able to have difficult conversations with customers.
- Be able to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance.
