As a Customer Service Advisor in the Contact Centre you will support our customers with store and online enquiries, maximising sales opportunities and increasing our customers' loyalty to Harrods.

  • Resolve incidents, protect our reputation, and gain genuine expertise in your chosen department.
  • Handle store and online enquiries, maximising sales opportunities and increasing customers’ loyalty.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience working in a contact centre or customer service environment.
  • Passionate about customer service, friendly and welcoming manner, confidently resolves issues or queries.
  • Team player who takes initiative and strives to exceed customers' expectations.
  • Self-motivated, organised, strong listening and communication skills, adaptable to your audience.
  • Ability to handle multiple and varied tasks with an 'anything is possible' attitude.
  • Proficient with computers and CRM systems; experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
