Harrods seeks a Lead Talent Partner to shape and deliver talent acquisition, development and retention strategies for our concession partners.

You will lead the pre-hire team, oversee attraction, assessment and onboarding, and manage agency relationships to ensure compliant, high-caliber talent onboarding.

Strong leadership and HR data skills are essential, with Workday experience preferred.
