Harrods Knightsbridge is seeking an experienced Cleaning Team Leader to lead, support and develop our cleaning team. You'll play a key role in maintaining exceptional standards across our store, ensuring a safe, welcoming and immaculate environment for customers and colleagues.
You'll manage shift patterns (1 pm to 9:30 pm, 5 days over 7 with alternate weekends), mentor staff, uphold health and safety rules, and drive continuous improvements in cleaning practices.
