Overview
We are now seeking a team of hospitality specialists to bring our vision to life and be part of something spectacular. This role will be a fixed term contract from 26th October 2025 to 10th January 2026. Join us in creating memorable experiences that will set the standard for luxury dining worldwide.
The Chef de Rang role plays an invaluable part in our restaurant family, setting the scene for exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you\’ll support the management team in running the restaurant efficiently, maintaining high service standards, maximising sales, and exceeding customer expectations by delivering a world-class dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving high-quality beverages
- Assisting with light food preparation and oven use
- Supporting FOH service with a warm, professional approach
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across all work areas
- Collaborating closely with both kitchen and service teams
Requirements / Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting
- Comprehensive knowledge of allergens
- Comfortable using kitchen equipment such as ovens
- Positive, can-do attitude and team player mentality
- Flexible and able to multitask across different roles
