Join Harrod's Kitchens & Restaurants team as a Sous Chef, leading daily culinary operations to deliver excellence across a multiâsite environment.
As a Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring highâquality food production, strong team leadership, and smooth daily operations across multiple kitchen areas. Working closely with senior chefs, you'll uphold culinary standards, drive performance, and support the development of internal talent.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating, and developing kitchen teams to exceed business expectations.
- Overseeing food production to ensure dishes meet specification, quality, and presentation standards.
- Managing stock, ordering, storage, and operational processes to minimise waste and maximise efficiency.
- Ensuring full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
- Supporting dayâtoâday administrative tasks, including staffing, documentation, and equipment maintenance reporting.
This role is fully on site, working 5 out of the 7 days a week.
