The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
As a Brand Specialist, you’ll be a key presence on the shop floor, helping to bring the brand to life for our customers. You will provide product information, support with day-to-day operations, and help maintain a seamless and inspiring customer experience. Reporting into the Retail Manager, you’ll work alongside your team to deliver commercial success and outstanding service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a positive ambassador for both your brand and Harrods.
- Sharing product knowledge and offering personalised recommendations.
- Supporting a welcoming and memorable client experience.
- Ensuring stock is replenished and displays meet brand standards.
- Working collaboratively with your team and supporting wider retail operations.
This is a full-time, on-site role working 5 out of 7 days per week.
