As a Beauty Concierge, you will be the trusted guardian of knowledge in this dynamic space, expertly informed on everything from exclusive launches and events to results-driven formulations and hero ingredients.
In this role, you will:
- Design and implement the Beauty Concierge team's customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Become a subject matter expert in skincare, drawing on your experience and ongoing brand training.
- Share your insights with the wider H beauty team, maximising skincare sales through well-informed and personalised recommendations.
- Plan your own diary and appointments to support consultations, customer orders, and events.
