We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Executive to join our Digital team here at Harrods. You will work at the forefront of Digital Marketing, driving growth across the UK and International affiliate programmes and contributing to shaping the channel strategy with the aim to maximise commercial performance across Harrods digital and physical entities.
About the Role
The Affiliate Marketing Executive will assist the Assistant Affiliate Marketing Manager in driving business goals and channel objectives and support in the development, execution and optimisation of the global Affiliate strategy to achieve business objectives and remain within budget targets. You will also:
- Provide in-depth reporting and analysis across all markets, including but not limited to individual campaigns, weekly and periodic performance, highlighting key data driven insights and recommendations for future activity to relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise closely with the wider department to highlight and execute key trade and marketing opportunities and collaborate with the wider Digital Marketing team.
- Monitor Publisher compliance, Subnetwork Transparency & Identify Affiliate Fraudulent activity, such as Ad Hijacking.
- Stay updated on industry trends and latest technologies to drive innovation and advise the wider business on all matters relating to Affiliate Marketing.
About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience and understanding of Affiliate Marketing, including strategy creation, campaign planning and management, and Network platform management. It is important that you have an analytical and commercial mindset, confident in your ability to utilise reports and analyse performance to make data driven decisions. You will also have the following:
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel.
- Experience in using Google Analytics is preferred but not essential.
- A confident communicator, with the ability to build strong relationships, work well in a team and negotiate with other key stakeholders.
- Proactive, organised and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
