We are now seeking an Assistant Reservations Manager to join our growing restaurants reservations team. This is your chance to be part of something truly spectacular. About The Role The Assistant Reservations Manager reports directly to the Reservations Manager, with the role sitting in the commercial team in the Restaurants and Kitchens directorate within Harrods. The purpose of the role is to supervise the day-to-day business and oversee the Reservations team. Supported by the Reservations Manager, you\’ll guide the team to progress in their assigned areas, achieve required standards and targets as well as ensure the best customer experience. The role involves supervising online and offline platforms required by the business, overseeing customer communications, implementing required operational standards and ensuring that all booking channels are well managed to support the business requirements.
