Our hospitality team are now looking for an Immersive Experience Restaurant Host to create a warm, theatrical and memorable welcome, guiding customers through a story-led hospitality experience from arrival to departure. This role sits within an immersive, brand-led restaurant environment, where hospitality, theatre and customer connection come together to create moments of surprise and delight. As an Immersive Experience Restaurant Host, you will be the first moment of magic for our customers, helping to set the tone for a seamless, joyful and unmistakably Harrods experience. This is a Part Time role (24hours a week) and it is Fixed Term Contract for 12 months. About the Role As an Immersive Experience Restaurant Host, you will be responsible for owning the customer journey, creating a confident welcome and ensuring every guest is guided through the experience with warmth, clarity and care. You will support the smooth running of service by managing bookings, walk-ins, queues and guest flow, while working closely with front-of-house, dining, retail and kitchen teams to deliver a consistent, high-energy experience.
